About the job

As Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are the top choice of the majority of people living in a target region, and create an exceptional customer experience from discovery to engagement. Some of the things you’ll do: – Ensuring proper tracking, analysis and reporting, as well as best possible spend optimisation. – Reconcile company’s attribution model with platform specific data to hit company targets. – Running incrementality tests to understand impact of certain types of campaigns, spend, channels etc. – Monitoring the performance and continuously optimising the campaigns based on a data-driven approach and learnings from multiple A/B tests. – Managing performance and post-campaign analysis reporting – Allocate proper spending across all performance channels, continuously working on enhancing the ROI – Analysis and documentation of top performing copy on Google, Meta and other performance channels.

Your profile

To thrive in this role, you have a very good understanding of digital data analytics with a great ability of breaking complex problems into smaller ones. You think deeply about the numbers and draw grounded, data-driven conclusions, and you evaluate your work and work in iterations. We believe you: – Have 5+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing with deep knowledge of paid social and/or SEM/PPC, in a high-growth startup environment (ideally on a leading E-com with significant budgets) – Write and understand SQL. – Have track record of running both Meta and Google. – Have documented experience in Mobile app attribution, Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics. – Have in-depth knowledge of performance campaign execution – Have natural curiosity and hunger to make an impact – Are a clear communicator and capable of reporting and influencing stakeholders, using data and best practices that are likely to generalise.
