About the job

As Business Development Representative you will reach out to companies across Sweden, who have already shown interest in Reco and our services. We’re a tight team and we collectively ensure we reach our goals, while every individual is responsible for their delivery. Our focus on individual competence- and skill development, to lift the team and continuously grow, is central. Some of your responsibilities: - Contact and build relationships with interesting companies. - Register companies and key individuals to webinars. - Follow up and conversations to bring companies further in the sales process. - Educate and inspire executives. - Bring potential customers onboard free trial periods.

We are looking for you, who can always be counted on. Your colleagues comfortably rely on you because you are a great listener, who naturally understands what has to be done and finds potential ways to do it. We believe you’re engaged and have a desire to develop further in sales. You thrive in responsibility and enjoy rolling up your sleeves, doing what it takes to succeed with your team. We also believe you: - Have previous experience in sales with proven results, B2B experience is a bonus. - Are driven and energetic. - Are social, outgoing and that building relationships comes naturally to you. - Are curious and eager to learn, in order to develop further. - Are goal-oriented and result-driven - Love working with people and a tight team where we have a lot of fun together!
