Kristin took the jump 💕

The pandemic was the final push. After many years in the fashion industry, and finally six years at Bubbleroom, Kristin took the jump and founded the brand she had been dreaming about for a long time.

“It became a reminder to me that life is short, you never know what’s around the corner. After reflecting on my life and dreams, I decided to go for it.”

💕 Kristin Hars founded Sisterly Tribe.

Sisterly tribe is a sustainable yoga and wellness brand that wants to inspire wellbeing from the inside and out, promote sisterhood and build a community of women who are encouraging each other.

“The absolute best part of my job is that I get the opportunity to build a company and brand that’s in line with my values, while contributing to a better world by working in a more sustainable and responsible way and inspire women to live a life that makes them feel good.”

Kristin fell in love with yoga 15 years ago, while working in the high paced fashion world in London.

“Yoga has been such an important tool for my well being and I want to inspire others to try it out and to realize what an amazing form of exercise it is. We receive so many impressions from around us all the time, but we need to sometimes stop and listen to ourselves and our own wisdom.”

What tips do you have for people wanting to take that jump and find their dream jobs?

“It’s not a sprint, it’s a marathon. Take care of yourself, you’re gonna last a long time. Work out, eat well, spend time with family and friends! For me yoga is of great importance. Sometimes everything is amazing and then there will be days when it’s not. Learn to handle the emotions and care for your well being!”

💭 Think about why.

“Are you running away from something or are you moving on to find what you’re looking for? It’s a rollercoaster sometimes, but if you know why you’re doing it it gets easier on the way.”

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Surround yourself with the right people.

“Find others on a similar journey, that understands. A context where you can exchange experiences and knowledge, people who support you. I can recommend the network Business & Dreams, for women empowering each other.”

🚀 To do it!

“The most scary part is before you take that step, but when you’re in it you’ll take one thing at a time and it’s often not as hard as you might have thought it would be.”
