About the job

As our Paid Social Media Specialist you will have end-to-end responsibility – strategy, creative, forecast and report upon our performance. Don’t worry, you will have support from within the group marketing function, as well as external partners Paid Social today is at an immature level and we want to quickly expand how we utilize the channel to drive relevant traffic to all our product verticals. You have the budget, partners, internal team and technology to make this a very fun next adventure! Some of your tasks: - Daily optimization of campaigns across social platforms - Develop and implement strategies - Evaluate the performance of social media campaigns and report - Feedback on creative briefs and deliveries - Manage external agency - Report back on performance to key internal stakeholders - Analysis of results and iterate according to performance - Testing new hypotheses across different channels - Organic Social strategy, posting and analysis

Your profile

You are a creative and data-driven type of person who is always thinking of the future setup of Paid Social, digital marketing and performance as a whole. We want the successful candidate to also be aware of how Organic Social and Paid Social work in harmony. We believe that you: - Have 3+ years experience working with Paid Social - Have experience working with different channels and ad managers - Have knowledge of YouTube advertising platform and Google Ads / SEM - Experience of Analytics – PowerBI and Google Analytics 360 - Are not afraid to test, learn, fail and succeed! - Are a fan of social media who continuously stays on top of all opportunities within the channel - Have good understanding of emerging channels, for example TikTok - Good understanding of the importance of tracking for campaign/channel measurement - Experience of Google Marketing Platform – DV360 etc - Are a Strong teamplayer - Experience of Smartly is advantageous
